“YAH for the win!<br>My dog woke up with his eyes swollen shut, and YAH immediately stepped in to help. When I called, they told me I could bring him right in and that the doctors would see him as soon as possible. As soon as we arrived, a vet tech did a thorough assessment and walked through possible causes with me.<br><br>There was one appointment available at 11 a.m. with Dr. Bunting. Because my dog has severe separation anxiety, I chose to bring him home to relax and return later. When we came back, I was taken straight into a room with no wait. Dr. Bunting and another associate had already reviewed the morning notes before examining him again and confirming everything with me.<br><br>The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, gentle, and genuinely sympathetic to his condition. Their calm, careful handling helped him relax, and their clear communication helped ease my worries too. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team at YAH. Our family thanks you for taking such good care of our boy.”
