Our 13 year old Toy Poodle has been seeing Blue Pearl since she was a puppy. Back in Aug. 2023 she was diagnosed with pancreatitis & things have been going down hill for her since then. She now has Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure & High Blood Pressure. We’ve been to the Raleigh & Cary Blue Pearl numerous times since 8/2023 & we are so very grateful for their diagnosing & administering correct meds to help her through this difficult time. The veterinary staff, technicians & front desk are all so caring & professional. When she was in the “oxygen chamber” in 12/2023, the staff sent us pictures of our baby girl to help calm our nerves. Our sweet Sami had to be rushed here due to a serious infection. The entire staff was incredible. They took great and gentle care of our boy, and were very compassionate with us. Keeping us updated every step of the way. This is our second emergency here, and I couldn't have asked for better care.
We had to have our 13 year old cat euthanized today because she was ill and had been going downhill fast the past couple of days. These people were amazing. At the most difficult time and me in tears, they were all compassionate, caring and thoughtful during the process. They were expecting us when we arrived and we did not have to wait. They let us decide upon each step and made the process as quick and comfortable as possible. Their service fees were the best in the area and they saw us when no one else would at the holidays. Thank you for being kind and providing the most compassionate service!
