“I LOVE FlowCorps!! It’s such a great total body workout. I always leave class feeling like I’ve worked really hard and I love how sore I am the next day. I really appreciate the variety of muscle groups worked every class - it’s fast-paced with great music that makes the time fly by. All of the instructors I’ve met have been friendly & helpful with modifications, questions or corrections. I highly recommend their reformer classes if you want to work your whole body really efficiently and in a fun, upbeat environment. I’m always telling people about FlowCorps and encouraging them to try it with me.“
