Cannot recommend this place enough! Whether you’re looking for a nice peaceful yoga class. Or a quick, effective workout- they’ve got it! Unlike other hotworx I’ve been to, this one really puts emphasis on connecting with its members. Weekly group runs, trainers who are there to help, friendly staff, weekly post workout hangouts, it’s a full on community!

Don’t let these reviews scare you. HOTWORX is a unique experience. I used to do HIIT classes, but sometimes I felt so drained. At times the people, loud music, and physical stress was just a lot. This is the opposite. You book a sauna from the app and do the workout by yourself. The HOTWORX workouts are good, but you can do other workouts too- just turn down the sound. You control everything- the temperature, the lighting, the sound. You go at your own pace, with help of an instructor you choose. For a working mom, this is the most refreshing ME time! I love Hotworx DTR. It's so convenient to be able to come basically whenever I want to. I used to do group training but found myself not going as much as I wanted to because of restricting class times. You get such a great workout and sweat in a short amount of time. The staff and manager are amazing people, the members are all super friendly as well. They've built a great community and am grateful for it!
