“We love the Hidden Valley team! My pug Bosley was recently stung by a bee and I frantically brought him in. Everyone went above and beyond. We are SO appreciative for Dr. Soares and the rest of the team for the incredible care they have shown throughout the years we have been bringing our little guy to Hidden Valley. We always know Bosley is in the BEST hands whenever we bring him in!“

“Dr. Francis is, by far, the best veterinarian I've come across since I adopted my pit bull 3 1/2 years ago. Recently, I took my dog in for serious gastrointestinal and bowel issues—specifically, loose stools and scooting.

After a thorough two-hour visit with Dr. Francis, I walked out with a comprehensive plan. Within just one week of following the new, strict diet, I saw significant positive changes in my dog's stool and activity level.

If you're dealing with food issues, allergies, or any other health concerns with your pet, I highly recommend Dr. Francis. She is incredibly patient and will work closely with you to create and adjust a plan until the problem is solved. She listens to your concerns and is truly phenomenal.“

Petcare by Caroline Pet Boarding Training

“I’m so thankful for Pet Care by Caroline! My dog had severe anxiety at traditional boarding facilities, but Caroline and Eric have been incredibly understanding and taken great care of her during her 2 stays with them to make sure she is anxiety-free and has a blast. They send updates and pictures during her stays which helps me not to worry. I would definitely recommend Pet Care by Caroline!“

“They are hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff I’ve seen multiple vets there over the years and have liked all of them and love most of them! I do feel they really care about your animal. Pricing is transparent and they don’t scare you into paying for crap you don’t need. They have beautiful art in the room, a mural in the lobby, friendly smiles, and energy oh yeah and coffee in the lobby!!! Which is so nice when you have an early appointment and needed the caffeine! My dog hates going to the vet in general because she had major anxiety but she love loves everyone there. The nurses or vet techs are all so patient and kind with her. I really can’t say enough…I love this place. I’ve been to 3 of their locations around Raleigh and S Saunders is our favorite and Person street is a close 2nd. I’d suggest anyone with an animal check this place out!!“

“Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

“Newfs can be challenging to groom, so I put a lot of effort into finding a place with experience with them. Tango gets taken great care of here :) He was back again today, and I even brought my sister's dogs in. They all look so clean and beautiful! I also appreciate how much the employees seem to genuinely love dogs. They were quite busy today, but still kind, sweet, and able to give us full reports on each dog. Highly recommend! I won't go anywhere else.“
