About Magnolia Animal Hospital
Magnolia Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital that provides exceptional pet care, welcoming emergency cases as well as routine medical, surgical, and dental care. With years of experience, Dr. Jon Dick and his dedicated staff are kind and compassionate towards their patients. The clinic is comfortable, kid-friendly, and calm, creating a pleasant experience for pets and their owners. While wait times may be long at times, the quality of care and attention to detail make it worth the wait. The hospital has recently undergone interior updates, which have improved the overall look and feel. Reviews praise the hospital's professionalism, exceptional services, and ability to accommodate urgent cases, even for non-patients. The hospital's commitment to patient care and willingness to fit in urgent appointments make it a top recommendation, despite the mask mandate which some may find slightly frustrating.
I cannot thank Dr Jon and the team enough for everything they’ve done for us over the years. For the last seven years, I’ve been taking my cat, Jill to them for everything from standard checkups and vaccinations to emergency care. They helped us manage her thyroid condition and keep her happy and healthy. When we made the decision to say goodbye to Jill after a difficult few months of illness, they were supportive and sensitive. I’m endlessly grateful for the team, and for their unwavering kindness to me and my 17-year-old kitten.
My diabetic cat has been on a roller coaster of remission and back to diabetic for a while now and Dr. John has been great with dealing with that. He even went as far as to drive insulin to my house when I couldn’t get to it. Recently my cat has went out of remission again and I was put in touch with Dr. Dean along the way who has been extremely helpful and attentive in guiding me with medical advice on how to care for my cat in certain situations at home
Dr. John is the best veteran I have ever had to take my pets to. My dogs love seeing him and are not afraid to let him examine them. I can tell he really loves what he does and it shows.
