As it turned out the fascia issue was insect related. Nevertheless, John inspected the entire attic for our peace of mind. And reattached the plywood section under the fascia board. John is a top notch pro, and a joy to engage with. Lastly, I learned that John loves and protects squirrels and raccoons. He has nurtured squirrels and raccoons as pets after removal.“

Talked to my apartment complex and they passed my phone number along to Killo - I received a call from them within the business day from a friendly and helpful woman. She even explained to me their current protocol for my apartment complex in the age of COVID. She scheduled someone to come out early the next morning! An older gentleman came to my apartment this morning, (wearing a mask and gloves - great COVID preparedness) and listened to all my concerns, and sprayed the inside of my apartment. “This was our first visit from the company. Noah reached out via text when he was en route, called when he arrived and politely asked if he was able to drive down our pretty long driveway or if he needed to park on the street. He walked around the house first and asked about concerns. We did have 1 ant hill by the house and he took care of it. He spent quite a bit of time meticulously spraying our property. He reached out when he was finished with a conclusion of the visit. Along with little spiders and crickets, we found 2 black widow spiders dead the next day outside our door. I look forward to continuing the service!“
“My wife and I own a new home and had Timothy Chasteen come out for first treatment. Our new home is was experiencing some bugs/spiders inside some and definitely outside. Timothy came and took his time, was meticulous and explained all that he did. He went above and beyond the normal treatment. After the treatment, I notified Bulwark that I would not continue with Bulwark unless I was guaranteed that Timothy would be our rep moving forward. Nothing has been noticed since the treatment and we are beyond pleased with this. Bulwark is a good company but it’s people like Timothy that retain business for them. If Timothy would not be able to stay as our rep, I would have left to find another pest company near where we live“
