We have been using HomeTeam for over a year. They are very communicative, friendly, thorough, and professional. We have gotten all of our requests fulfilled and have had no pest problems since our contract with HomeTeam.

This was our first visit from the company. Noah reached out via text when he was en route, called when he arrived and politely asked if he was able to drive down our pretty long driveway or if he needed to park on the street. He walked around the house first and asked about concerns. We did have 1 ant hill by the house and he took care of it. He spent quite a bit of time meticulously spraying our property. He reached out when he was finished with a conclusion of the visit. Along with little spiders and crickets, we found 2 black widow spiders dead the next day outside our door. I look forward to continuing the service!

The team arrived late, however, they were very professional. They answered all my questions with their excellent product knowledge and worked efficiently. The fire ant colony that was in our garage has relocated ;) I will recommend them to others in the neighborhood
