“Orkin crew quickly and effectively resolved issues related to outside access points for critters. Then Orkin sent another worker to resolve same issues from inside attic. He (Malik) was pleasant and worked his butt off covering same access points. Good work all around.“
“My wife and I own a new home and had Timothy Chasteen come out for first treatment. Our new home is was experiencing some bugs/spiders inside some and definitely outside. Timothy came and took his time, was meticulous and explained all that he did. He went above and beyond the normal treatment. After the treatment, I notified Bulwark that I would not continue with Bulwark unless I was guaranteed that Timothy would be our rep moving forward. Nothing has been noticed since the treatment and we are beyond pleased with this. Bulwark is a good company but it’s people like Timothy that retain business for them. If Timothy would not be able to stay as our rep, I would have left to find another pest company near where we live“
