We are so happy to have found Innovative Pest Solutions. We were extremely impressed with the service from our initial phone call to meeting with David to discuss our pest problems to the technician coming out to do the initial treatment. We are glad that David didn’t try to upsell and told us exactly what to expect. We haven’t seen any roaches since our treatment last fall and hope this takes care of the problem when the weather warms up. If it doesn’t, we are certain that IPS will take care of it.

I was using another pest control service for 13 months and over $600 later, I still kept seeing roaches. I finally decided this is ridiculous, and I found Innovative Pest Solutions searching for additional ways to get rid of roaches. Anyway, the sales rep, David came to my townhome to discuss their pest control services. I learned more from this gentleman in the first five minutes then I had dealing with the other exterminating company for a year. I was very impressed with this business.
