“I've been using Alexander Exterminating for over 10 years, maybe 15, I've lost track. I have always been very pleased with every tech that has ever come into my home but today was especially great. My tech today (Jolene) phoned me that she was able to come earlier if I wanted (sure), she was friendly without being overly chatty (not really a problem for me just sayin') and she was very thorough. She took her time removing the cob webs around my deck and entryway and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to recommend Alexander to all of my friends and neighbors. “Today's technician was Tyler. He was absolutely awesome! He explained the difference to me regarding the bait traps and what to expect in the case of demise of rodents, lil bugs and the like. He was very attentive to my concerns and had a great personality. He even ensured that the birds that came in the garage while he was spraying were shooed.
