We have used Capital Pest Services for three years and have always had an incredible experience. All of the technicians who have come out to do our quarterly services have always been incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They show up on time and the consistent communication from the entire team is second to none. We have never had any issues with pests getting into or near our home since we began using them, and we were quick to sign on for quarterly services after we noticed some pests in the house we had just purchased. Yesterday I received my quarterly service from a Capital Pest Control representative by the name of Ken Heggins. I am always satisfied with the service and you do come back without fail if I have any issues(just once with sugar ants). I was especially impressed yesterday, and would like to commend Mr. Heggins, who was very friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable and dedicated to his trade. His service was excellent just like my first service that prompted me to go on a regular schedule. He took his time and educated me. I’ve been using capital pest for my annual termite inspection since 2019. I’ve always had a good experience. Today I had my inspection with Joe as my technician. Joe was exceptionally kind and personable. He even arrived 15 mins prior to the hour window for arrival starting.
