SPS is great with communication, alerting me of upcoming treatments or if there's any weather-related delays, and the service people are so friendly and respectful when they come to our house. I've even gotten great advice on a different pest then they were treating. Definitely recommend!

Steven was fantastic. He checked all the areas in both the interior and exterior of our house that I asked him to. He also did the regular quarterly insect prevention covering the perimeter of our house. Steven provided great advice regarding mice deterrents and I appreciated his help in finding vulnerable areas where mice might enter. I hope he gets a raise so that he returns to our house for the next quarterly checkup.

Highly recommend. Stephen was our tech and was prompt, super nice and helped us understand our intruders better so we can prevent them in the future. So many pest care companies are salesy and I appreciated that this one is not. I'll be a repeat customer.
