Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!). He offered fair, competitive pricing on each option, and multiple payment options as well. Next day his team came out, installed the new water heater and removed the old one. Easy easy. The install team were just as nice, efficient, and informative as Steve was. They made me feel well cared for.
