SITUATION (my issue): The bladder inside my 20-year-old well water pressure tank had burst which caused a loss of water pressure.

MISSION (objective): Replace old pressure tank with new one and check the rest of the system.

EXECUTION (strategy/task): I contacted Well Doctor in Mount Pleasant, NC after Google searching and asking the Google AI for the best rated well company near me.

ADMIN/LOGISTICS (resources/support): Everyone I spoke with was very professional, polite, and friendly; as well as appreciative for the business. They also appreciate military Veterans. Cost was incredibly reasonable-less than the examples in my research.

COMMAND/SIGNAL (Communication): Well Doctor kept me updated on the progress of my upcoming appointment. They updated me when the technicians were at the stop before mine, departed that stop, and the estimated time to travel to my home. The techs (two young men named James and Hudson) arrived, were very professional and polite. They looked at the job, made a few preliminary assessments, gave me the estimates with a couple options, and thanked me for my military service. Tank and T-valve were replaced quickly, safely, and professionally. They tested the system to ensure I was happy with the result. They cleaned up the utility room, provided me the invoice, which I paid (they take cash, check, debit and credit card). They thanked me, I thanked them, and they departed for their next job after reassuring me that the company stands behind and warrants their work and equipment and to please feel free to contact them with any questions or concerns.
