“We had a clogged condensate line that caused water to back up into the system and then into the duct work. They got someone out that same day to access the issue and moved things around to come first thing the next morning and perform the repairs. Technicians were great to work with.”
“I had a leak from my ceiling and had the plumber come out to my house. Following the plumbing, there was some speculated water damage. Devon with the water restoration team was able to advocate for my family and save us weeks of work and a lot of unnecessary stress. He correctly identified the leak and had another plumber correctly address the issue. He communicated clearly about the issue we had, thought critically about how to solve the problem, and followed through to ensure I had a great experience. He went above and beyond to serve me and my family. Because of Devon, I will be a lifelong customer of Roto Rooter.”
“Arrival during given window. Assessed the situation and addressed the problem with resolution. Also installed two sink drains and checked for leaks. Cleaned up before leaving. Enjoy David and he does excellent work. Very knowledgeable about his area of expertise. Would recommend his services to others.”
