“I had a leak in my water box out at the street level. Jonathan and Malachi called and said they were coming by and they arrived quickly just started working. I wasn't even sure if they would call me back as many do not. They understood my issue and got to work immediately. Never charged me to come out either. They diagnosed the issue and came back a few days later and found that my water issue is on the side of the County even though we were consuming the water. Jonathan called Stanly Cty water who then came out and fixed the leak. All I owe to Flow is their labor to diagnose the issue. Nothing extra and no games or BS. Flow Co is quick, professional and work very hard and want to do right by the customer. I am glad they came and I would call them again in a heartbeat for anything plumbing related. I strongly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing.“
