I had a leak in my water box out at the street level. Jonathan and Malachi called and said they were coming by and they arrived quickly just started working. I wasn't even sure if they would call me back as many do not. They understood my issue and got to work immediately. Never charged me to come out either. They diagnosed the issue and came back a few days later and found that my water issue is on the side of the County even though we were consuming the water. Jonathan called Stanly Cty water who then came out and fixed the leak. All I owe to Flow is their labor to diagnose the issue. Nothing extra and no games or BS. Jonathan, the owner of Flow Co Plumbing and Drain Services, came highly recommended by my sister, from the work he had completed for her! I had a major drain problem that required a knowledgeable plumber! Jonathan and his assistant Malachi showed up right on time! Jonathan explained everything he needed to do to reroute my kitchen drain system. He completed everything in a timely and meticulous manner! The drain system was placed in a way that was much better than the original set-up! They kept things cleaned up and even took their shoes off when coming in the house.
