Arrival during given window. Assessed the situation and addressed the problem with resolution. Also installed two sink drains and checked for leaks. Cleaned up before leaving. Dee's replaced my house supply shutoff valve and a 30 year old shower valve. Had to cut sheetrock behind shower valve. Was cut so precise that it only took a little work to fill and repaint. He also took time to solder all joints back with copper and I appreciated that. Thanks
I contacted Dees Drain Cleaning & Plumbing after I realized that my sump pump drain line was clogged up, and water was flooding into my basement! I was really concerned about how long I would have to wait for an appointment as more heavy rain was in the forcast. But David worked me into his schedule. He arrived right on time and went to work. He has top notch equipment with which he quickly was able to clear the line. He then inspected the line with a high tech camera for other potential problems , and also located the line so that I finally know exactly where it is in my yard!!
