“Dr. O'Neal has been my optometrist for more than 20 years. Always the best of care from vision testing and glasses, laser surgery to prevent closed angle glaucoma, and most recently cataract surgery. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my cataract surgery. My vision has been restored to the point that glasses are optional and only needed to read the smallest of print. My night vision has been improved immensely with the removal of the cataracts and ability to drive without glasses. The staff are always professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. O'Neal and the Cary Eye Center“

She is very patient and thorough -- you feel like an actual person and not just a patient she is trying to rush through. I've had to go back several times to ensure that my prescription/contacts are the right fit (my eyes are picky), and Dr. Byrd and the staff are always welcoming and eager to help.“

“I broke my glasses on vacation last week and Bob and Gail worked me into their schedule today to basically build a pair of wire-rimmed glasses using parts they had on hand. I wouldn't say the work was cheap but considering they worked me in first thing on a Monday and were able to do this sort of work so quickly, I would say the price was very reasonable. The number of shops in Raleigh who could do this type of work at all is probably few. The number who could do it without having to send off for parts is fewer and I think there may only be one who would and could do a project like this right away for you. If you need expert work done outside of popping a new prescription in a generic frame call Bob and Gail!“

“Triangle Visions @ Apex sets the bar really high for any optometrist office. The facility is sparkling clean yet it feels welcoming and cozy. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've seen nothing but smiling faces from the reception desk to Dr. Bass himself! They are prompt to invite you in and make you feel right away like they've been expecting you to visit. They went through great lengths to accommodate me and Meghan (OPTICAL) was so thorough in her measuring session that I just realized how carelessly I've been treated at every other optometrist practice I've been to before. I just picked up my new glasses after only over a week of ordering and I couldn't be any happier. Big shout out to Tiffany, Blake, Jessica and Meghan who even sent me home with a bag of goodies! To Dr. Bass, forever grateful for not only prescribing exactly what I need but also a very thorough exam and explanation of my condition and how the eyes work.
