When a patient from out of town tore a contact, Kelly was able to provide a new pair, demonstrating great customer service. Pauline, in particular, made a "superb difference" in a patient's experience, going well above what was required to ensure everything was done in a timely manner before the patient's trip. This is the best My Eye Dr I have been to. Everyone who helped me was so kind! Jennifer (who works the front desk) is so welcoming, patient, and willing to help. I told my whole family to switch to this location.
Jennifer at the front was so nice to talk to and very helpful....the Dr is my favorite of all the eye doctor location...I personally drive over a hour because i love this location...:)

I LOVE this location. The staff is so incredibly kind. Every interaction leaves me with remembering what a difference just kind people make in an experience. Dr. Ruhina Shemna is the BEST. Best eye Dr. I've had in 25+ years. Appointments are always quick and easy. I will never leave as long as you keep the same great people!
