When a patient from out of town tore a contact, Kelly was able to provide a new pair, demonstrating great customer service. Pauline, in particular, made a "superb difference" in a patient's experience, going well above what was required to ensure everything was done in a timely manner before the patient's trip. The entire team at MyEyeDr. is commended for their helpful and friendly attitudes, making patients feel welcome and supported throughout their visits.
My son’s glasses had broken and wanted to see what my options were. Since my son isn’t old enough to read yet I wasn’t able to set him up for an appointment but Santos still took the time to offer solutions. I was blown away by the amount of care and information she gave to someone who isn’t even a patient of my eye dr. My next eye exam I’m booking here!
Amazing experience! I called in regarding an appointment and was helped by Santos! She went above and beyond to explain next steps, all details around my insurance & even highlighted a few frame recommendations based on styles I mentioned. I highly recommend stopping by, you won’t regret it!
After 20+ years as a patient with this practice, I have the highest praise for everyone here. They are always incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Recently, I had an eye emergency and can't thank Dr. Silver and Kelly enough for taking such great care of me. Our family would never go anywhere else.
