I mean…they got the job done. front desk staff was very nice and they do a great job of managing the tiny waiting area. Dr Fowler was great.
Took off 1 star for a couple hiccups
-I booked a regular eye exam, not a contact lens exam. This should’ve been a $40 copay. Instead it was $119. Yes the provider asked me a couple questions about glasses and contacts and was nice enough to give me some lens samples. When I checked out I was upcharged for a contact lens exam. I didn’t schedule a contact exam. I didn’t have questions about contacts. I didn’t get fitted for contacts. This is clearly a way to increase billing but it is now okay....read full review
I had an incredible experience at LensCrafters with representatives mainly Lilly at south point Durham NC. I brought my favorite Oakley frames, Lilly went above and beyond to help me with my Oakley prescription glasses. Fast, Friendly and extremely professional. Five stars! Outstanding service at LensCrafters.
I had a thorough eye exam. The admin staff went out of their way to check my insurance coverage and my exam was completely covered. The technician did a good job on the scans. Dr Fowler knew my eye history and explained why the new prescription would improve my vision. The visit was efficient. CaNiya who helped me select glass frames and new lenses was very helpful and patient while i pulled lots of frames off the shelf. All went very well.
