My first visit with Dr. Lyerly has been a very positive experience. The kind and friendly receptionist was able to get me in quickly for an eye issue, and Dr. Lyerly carefully examined my eyes and diagnosed and then explained the problem. I left the office with a plan of treatment and relieved that the problem wasn’t serious. I am very pleased with the care that I received here, and that they were able to get me in quickly for diagnosis and treatment. I plan to continue here for my routine exams as well.

Dr. Lyerly is friendly, personable, and knows her stuff! She takes her time going through the exam and explaining all results in a very clear manner. She's also very welcoming of any questions you may have.

My experiences with TrueVision - Leesville have all been positive. Every staff member I have encountered there has been friendly and very competent.I have some unique challenges with my eyes, so it is hard to find the right doctor to assist. Dr. Barnes is wonderful, and completely understands my eye troubles and how to get me the best vision. In addition, Dr. Barnes and her staff have been most helpful with my insurance and out-of-pocket expenses. Before I even showed up for my contact lenses fitting, I knew how much I would need to pay.The office is a little small, but they have all of the current equipment and the absolute best staff!
