Shawn was incredibly helpful. He was able to tint my sunglasses to a darker shade on a minutes notice. The staff is very friendly. I have been in the optical sales business for a long time and Mike Upchurch by far is the best optician in NC! They have many brands to choose from and their service is the best in the industry.
I get better service at Upchurch Optical than anywhere I have ever done business with. I've only done business with Upchurch for the last 6 or 7 years and will continue to as long as they are in business.
I have used the Riverview location for several years and have always had great service. After I fell and bent the frames of one pair and had aback- up pair with a lens that had a lens come out, I went out. They fixed my frame on the one one pair and secured the lens in the other and put some lens lock on it. He helped with questions about my prescriptions. Very friendly and helpful. They are on the other side of town from men , but it is worth it to travel that far for great service. Thanks!
