Once Dr. Kuo arrived to see me everything went very smoothly and I had a great experience. However, she was running late and it took about 45 minutes to get seen. Dr. Kuo took her time and answered all my questions and explained everything in detail, so that was great! She is very personable and engaging.
This was my first visit to Triangle Visions Optometry and it will not be my last! So many optometrist offices today seem like a production line but not this one! Everyone from the tech who took my measurements to the wonderful woman who helped me choose frames went above and beyond. Rachel Jhala did the examination and it was one of the most thorough exams I have ever had. She addressed all of my concerns/issues and offered guidance and assistance. I would recommend them to anyone!
Dr Kou is great. She is very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and considered the options that were best for us. Sam, the tech was amazing. He was efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I am not easily impressed and I was impressed today.
The three stars came from combining the store and the vision exam in the same rating. The general staff is very polite and nice, but it is very off putting to walk in and see only designer brands, Jimmy Choo, Versace and such. I am a Walmart kind of gal, looking for good quality at a reasonable price. I don’t even look at their frames anymore they are sooooo expensive.
