Oh wow!! What’s not to love about sweet, sassy Maranda! I went in yesterday tired and with a headache, so she changed my regular hair cut to include washing and head massage, the works! My headache eased as we talked and she massaged my head, and then as usual, I love being in her chair! She makes me feel not only comfortable but confident in my own hair and skin! Just being around her is a mood lifter and a joy! I went for a hair cut and left a whole new person. I highly recommend Gothic Beauty, and I haven’t even mentioned how amazingly patient and kind she is with my eight year old daughter! Maranda saved the day multiple times with her magic on my daughter’s tangles! We LOVE her so much!!!

Today we visited Jody’s barbershop to get my sons haircut. I’m not going to lie, I get a little nervous trying new places because my son has a lot of energy and at times, big emotions. The moment we walked in, I could tell my son felt comfortable. He saw another younger kid getting his haircut and Jody welcomed him in with kind words. It didn’t take long at all but I think my son might’ve found his new best friend. Jody made my son laugh and have a good time during the entire haircut. It's hard to put into words how much the angels at Yellow Butterfly have touched my life; they were there to help me take care of Mom in her final months and hours of life with the biggest hearts, and I will miss them greatly. Tami and Mike have always taken such great care of our dog over the last few years! This past fall, when we had to travel abroad for several months, they graciously took Bella for long term boarding while we away. This was a very emotional ad difficult time for us being separated from her for over three months, but they took wonderful care of her, frequently sending us photos and videos of her, and truly living her while we were on the opposite side of the world! I was finally able to pick her up yesterday, and I cannot sing their praises enough! 5 out of 5 stars!!

I LOVE!!! 10/10 I will be coming back for a touch up and new styles I want to try out. I came in with grown out bleached hair (not my entire head though) and I was tired of the color it was fading to. She went beyond what I had anticipated and I absolutely love it. We went for a dark cherry red on my naturally black hair. Granted it is a lighter red on my bleached parts, but the two-tone is just giving so much dimension, I am in love.
Albania was super professional and so very kind! I love that she took the time to trim and style my layers as well, I feel like my hair is straight from instagram. If you haven’t yet, please take the time to try her out! She is amazing, sincerely. I can’t wait to go back already!

Highly recommend Phillip He is amazing !! He listens to what you want or need and he always makes me feel special heard and seen if that makes sense. Some hair stylists just cut your hair and out you go but he's not like that. He takes the time to get to know you Love me some Philip and Highly recommend!!!!!

Debbie is FANTASTIC!!I had not taken very good care of my hair and was losing hair after using Bath & Body Works hair products because of the amazing smell. Now, my hair is in such better condition with her vast knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy and treatments! I use Kevin Murphy products, and to my surprise, they smell even more amazing than B & BW and last so much longer! She is truly a hair therapist, aka Hairapist!!

Cristy did an amazing job on my cut. I asked for a high fade and she got it perfect—clean, sharp, and blended exactly how I wanted. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks right before you leave the chair. The whole vibe was chill and professional, and she made the experience easy and comfortable. I took my sons there today for the first time. Jody was so friendly and laid back. He cut both of my son's hair in a way they loved and bith he and Todd kept us entertained with good conversation. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Tracie for several years now. The shop is adorable and quaint. There are just two hairdressers here. You are always treated kindly and given attention because it's not a huge salon.
Tracie has been doing hair for decades. She always does an excellent job with my root touchups, and takes extra care. I started going to her after I had broken my neck, and she was so gentle and caring in her treatment of me through my recovery.
Their prices are phenomenal, and I would not think of going anywhere else. I trust Tracie and that's not always an easy thing to find in a stylist!

Pedro and his crew did an amazing job building a retaining wall for us. Pedro was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up each day after they finished working. They helped us reclaim space for our yard and both the yard and wall look great.

Y’all… I had to get some dental work done today, and let me tell you—I was dreading it. I honestly thought I’d rather file my taxes than sit in that chair. ?? But I have to give a big shoutout to Dr. Rodriguez and his team at Inspira Dental on Healy Drive in Winston-Salem. He is amazing—so gentle, I didn’t even feel the anesthetic injection. Not one bit! Highly, highly recommend. Honestly… I think I might like dentistry more than taxes now. And that’s saying something. ?

My Sampson doesn't like to go but there is a young guy there that is super nice and makes my dog comfortable while they're trimming his nails. I actually saw the vet tech while out and he was very friendly to me even while away from the office!
I rescued a small kitten from the side of the road. We took him to Mocksville Animal Hospital, and they were great! They set us up with a small care, package, and great advice to take care of what we expect to be a 3 week old kitten. We highly recommend them.
I’ve used this vet for years. Never had any issues, pricing is clear (I always ask what is optional and they are upfront with that) and the staff is friendly. They tried saving one of our dogs lives a few years ago after developing IMHA that no one could have caught, and although they were unsuccessful, they did everything they could. I did switch vets recently to be closer to our home, after being a bit off-put by whomever handles their responses to negative reviews. I hope they continue to work on this in the future. Wait times can sometimes be long (I’ve waited almost an hour to be seen for appointments, though not often, and the benches are quite uncomfortable). Overall, I believe the Doctors here are very good at what they do and are professional and I thank them for the 5 years of care we received.
Dr Dan is not only knowledgeable in his profession but also brings in a genuine warmth with his constant smile.He takes time to explain everything in simple, easy to understand terms, which makes the entire experience reassuring that your pup is receiving the excellent care.i would highly recommend Valley Animal clinic even for people in Charlotte who are willing to travel for a good care.
