We have an annual contract and are glad we do. This is our second visit for 2022 and decided to renew for 2023. Our service technician, Amir was polite, professional and was overall a delight to communicate with. He explained everything quite well and made me aware of a potential future issue with the downstairs heat exchangers. Now I can prepare for the future.I'd recommend their services.
I have used Air Care since it was Jones Heating & Cooling. Mo came out and was friendly and knowledgable. He was on time and called as he was on his way. He checked out the gas furnace and air handler. No high pressure sales pitch, just some general recommendations, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Air Care to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, and ask for Mo, he is a great guy.Service: Heating system maintenance
I asked to speak with the technician before they came out and charged me an $89 fee because I need specialized work and wanted to ensure that they are able to provide the service that I need. The receptionist refused to let me speak to the tech without paying a service fee but also couldn’t guarantee that they offer the service that I am looking for. What has happened to good customer service? Is a 5 minute phone call too much to ask before getting my business?
