“One of the best experiences I’ve had! I recently called fullwood to inquire about my dog & her red, swollen eye. We originally called our dogs normal vet & they couldn’t see us for 3 weeks but told us our dogs issues was extremely urgent. I submitted an online request for an appointment with Fullwood because my mom brings her cat here & has amazing things to say. Within 4 minutes of submitted my online request, I had someone from here calling me & getting me an appointment in the next 48 hrs! (I’m convinced it would have been sooner if we weren’t about to get a ton of snow!)
Upon arrival, they were very Accommodating of my dog being reactive to other pets & got is an exam room immediately to wait so we didn’t encounter other pets. They built trust with her immediately & were so gentle & kind. They made me feel comfortable asking all of my probably annoying & overbearing dog mom questions. I will no longer be taking my dogs to any other vet other than full wood, the 45 minute drive is so worth my dogs getting the best & quickest treatment!“

“Plantation Animal Clinic is absolutely exceptional! We've trusted them with checkups for our two dogs for a couple years now, but this past week proved why they're special.

They guided our dog Snow through a splenectomy to remove a 7+ lb mass. Dr. Hazavehi and the team treated Snow with genuine care and respect at every turn. They answered every question, never rushed us, and made Snow's comfort their priority throughout this process.

“The staff and Vet was more than the BEST when it came to care for my German Shepherd. We unfortunately had to put him down due to lung cancer and we were treated with so much love for us and especially for him. Dr. Miller went out of his way to make sure we were knowledgable, and felt valued. He understood we were losing a part of of our family and made sure this experience was the best it could be under the circumstances. I am forever grateful for how he handled it until the end and made sure to take the time to NEVER make us feel rushed. “You can tell they genuinely care. Chelsea the cardiology nurse was especially kind and I could tell my dog Finn looooved her. My primary vet warned me preemptively that initial cardiology visits are generally around 1300-1500 - the visit here was nearly half. Thank you!“

“They’ve been great with our adopted German Shepherd who can be quite timid at the vet. Our previous vet was so rude about our dog and gave me anxiety just bringing her in. Glad to have found Weddington instead.

We also had to put down our 15 year old dog and they were phenomenal. Took their time letting me have a moment, gave him a final treat of chocolate and cookies (all the things he never got to have), took paw print molds. So kind and understanding.“

She has a long list of health issues and I was terrified for her to undergo anesthesia. However, Dr. Reynolds and her team were extremely kind, caring and compassionate and kept me updated every step of the way. My baby soared through her dental/extractions without any complications and I will be forever grateful to them for taking such amazing care of her!“

“Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. Everyone was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our puppy’s care. We are so grateful for them and would definitely recommend! ?“
