Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nanfelt and her team are! We took our puppy, Milli, to their Huntersville location and were then referred to the Matthews location for an ultrasound. She was diagnosed with intussusception and required surgery. Throughout the entire process, they provided us with updates both before and after surgery, and the front desk team patiently answered all of our calls as very worried dog parents. Everyone was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our puppy’s care. We are so grateful for them and would definitely recommend! 😊
Big thank you to Dr. Kelsey and the entire radiation oncology team. Skyla graduated radiation therapy today and is doing well. The front desk staff knew Skyla by name as soon as she walked in and everyone mentioned how sweet she is. There was always someone available to answer any questions we had and we appreciated the update text after her treatment was finished. We're hoping this treatment combined with the chemotherapy she's receiving will give us a lot more quality time together.
