My reason for going out of my way to write a review today was because of how amazing their technician Reggie is. I had him come help install a new dishwasher and reconfigure some plumbing under my kitchen sink. I could not describe in enough words how kind and helpful he was not just to me but to my entire family. I have a 2.5 year old that was VERY interested in what he was doing and Reggie allowed him to be around for every step of the way.
