“Daniel came out and looked at our pump and discussed options. Jaxon came a little while later and they got us several options together for my husband and I to think about. When we discussed it and picked what we needed. Kevin and another gentleman were out the next day taking care of everything. A little expensive, but they offer financing ( which was very helpful) and military discounts. The water filter wouldn't fit in the crawl space so Eric and Daniel came back out today and finished paperwork and job. Very professional and friendly. The ladies in the office was also very friendly and informative. Outside of the price 10/10.“

“Edy Mac came within 3 hours to fix a leaking outside faucet. It happened to be one they replaced a year ago. When they finished the repair, they said it would be covered by warranty. What as pleasant surprise. They did not have to tell me it was covered by warranty and I would have paid. However, their honesty has won me over. What a great company to deal with. “Had a pipe burst in the crawl space under the house while I was at my parents this Saturday evening (old corroded copper fitting). Went down the line of local plumbers none of whom were taking calls this late on a weekend day. Was about to give up and call Roto-Rooter when I noticed T Smith Plumbing Contracters so I gave them a shot. Not sure if the gentleman who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Saturday was Tony Smith himself but he was obviously busy with dinner with his family or friends and took my call anyway and set me up with his guy RJ. Less than 2 hours later my elderly parents had their water back on and at a ridiculously good price. Solid dudes, both of them. This is the 3rd fitting burst I've had in the past year and I'm super impressed with their service and am awaiting a quote to go ahead and replace the rest of the old equipment under the house. Thank you for taking the stress out of my evening even though you were busy enjoying yours. Will def be my 1st choice for plumbing issues going forward and recommending you to everyone I know.
