Called Alan for a hot water tank problem and after explaining our concerns to Alan he handled them in a very professional manner and offers several options and solutions that allowed us to stay within a comfortable budget. The heater was bigger than what we had and works like a champ!! Can’t thank Alan Jerkins plumbing enough for their insight and knowledge about our situation and resolution!! Without a doubt the best Plumber/General Contractor in the area. He does mostly commercial work, but will always help his neighbors in the Mt. Holly/Denver area with any residential problems they have. A review was written by Mr. William Dillard that has nothing to do with the Plumbing company. Mr. Dillard is a homeless man that lived in a cardboard box behind one of Mr. Jerkins rental properties in Stanley. When it was discovered that he was a registered SEX OFFENDER he had to find a new box to live in and he was angry. Funny how a homeless sex offender has time to write 97 reviews!!!
