Great customer service. Called and had to leave a message. I got a call back the next day and service was scheduled for the following day. The guys that came called when they were on their way, were very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. When they worked up my invoice, I was pleasantly surprised and thought the price I paid very fair. So if there isn't poop in your tub or you don't have some other plumbing emergency that you need someone right away, then these guys are great.

Best part for this is she has sales, it’s more private, and individualistic.❤️

I had a great time. It was welcoming, warm, I didn't have to wait after checking in online. My stylist was funny and really considerate as they listened to me fully before starting to cut my hair. They showed me products that would be better for me, how to use them.. I was skeptical, but it works and now I have my shampoo soulmate! The best part is, they guarantee their haircuts so I know if I ever get something that doesn't quite work out for me, they'll fix it. I'll be back soon!

She is the most amazing hairdresser in town! I have been coming to her for years and have always loved the results. My butterfly cut today was perfectly executed and she showed me how to style it and gave me great product recommendations to maintain the health of my hair. Their prices are great and affordable. They offer several different tanning packages so there is something for everyone. I will never go anywhere else.
I’ve been going for years. I always return because of the reasonable prices, great customer service and nice beds! It is a busy establishment because it’s a great place to tan so sometimes you do have a short wait if a walk in (which I prefer) because some customers do make appointments but Teresa always works to get you in as quickly as possible. She is the sweetest person and always does her best to accommodate.

Super sweet staff, made me feel super welcome! The salon was super clean and didn't smell like pure nail polish. I got my nails done there a couple weeks ago, and are definitely planning to head back to get some 3D nail designs! I love how much of a bond you can easily get, talking about certain interests and all of that! Definitely amazing 5 stars!
I was in the area and needed to get my nails done, so I decided to stop by this nail salon. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take me as a walk-in. The staff were friendly. Sophie did my nails, and she was really precise. There was no pain, and my nails turned out just how I wanted them. I definitely recommend this place.
They have child's pedicure seats ..very clean and welcomed ..they are very reasonably priced ..would suggest maybe offering water to customers and more nail techs ..

Kassie did an outstanding job. My former hairstylist didn’t know how to add a LOT of layers, Kassie does! She gave me the amount of layers I’ve wanted for years and she was super friendly and nice. Helped with my anxiety and finally finding someone to trust with my hair. The environment is also very comforting and cleanly as well, and I have my next appointment in two months. I’ve never been happier.

Roses is a convenient, "old -timey" junior department store with great prices and friendly staff. I shop there weekly for general grocery items and household goods. I always feel like their prices are competitive. It's a friendly place to shop!
Barbara is awesome! She has been cutting my family's hair for years and always does an excellent job. She is so nice and is great with my young son. She did my cut and highlights and my hair has never looked this beautiful. I won't go anywhere else.

I was in from out of town and Pam squeezed me in to make me look my best to see my family short notice. After dad having cancer and being apart so far away for so long, she did an amazing job and made my hair extremely manageable. Not to mention the look she put on me is perfect suiting for my face frame. Amazing Jason did my first and only tat was 24 years ago .I told him what I wanted a great horned owl and red tail hawk and a dream catcher and he made this so awesome and it still looks like new . Hum wonder if he remembers me and it after 24 years lol I don’t know maybe , he has created so many since then . I have had so many ohooo and ahhhhhs when they see my tat and made sure they knew who and were I got it from .. thanks Jason you are truly a artist everybody loves it when they see it. Had to add this Now I brought a pix of the great horned owl and a pics of a red tail hawk and handed it to him said I want a tat with my two spirit birds and a dream catcher and I would like to have owl feathers not eagle feather like every one does on a dream catcher. He says ok let me work on it So he designed this awesome tat and I had a lady ask about my tat just the other day. I said it was done 25 years her jaw dropped she said it looks new.
Lol my secret is you got to keep your tattoos with lotion rubbed on it after its healed and has been done a few months then once or twice a week rub some lotion on it keeps them looking new ,,

Let me start by saying my home warranty did not cover my main sewer line being replaced due to tree roots, but they sent out Simrel plumbing to assess the situation, turns out there were multiple cracks and a break and the whole line needed to be replaced from the house to the cleanout at the street even though my home warranty did not cover it, I still went with them to replace it. They gave the best quote and finished in under half a day. Awesome service five stars all around!

We purchased a home that had been vacant several months. We had A LOT of weeds and overgrowth around the house. After being in the house we were noticing all sorts of pests and creepy crawlers inside and outside the house. I had this company come in and do a whole house treatment outside and inside! They were very accommodating and were able to come after my work hours. Since the treatments, we have not seen any bugs at all in the house. No more spiderwebs and huge spiders at my door ways. No ants, centipedes, roaches. I will definitely be calling these guys for treatments again!

Jason and his team were fantastic. They cleaned up several trees along our main road that needed attention, repaired the existing brick landscaping, and added fresh new plants. They also installed beautiful natural stone steps that tied the entire space together. The workmanship, communication, and overall result were outstanding.
They took this 200 year old Cedar down in 45 minutes. It was leaning towards our garage and rotted in the middle. They dropped it perfectly without damage to anything around it. Highly recommend to anyone! Great job, guys.

Getting to this point means I'm finally done with all procedures I needed. It's pricey I could tell you that but it's definitely worth it. I read a lot of things positive/negative about Aspen but you won't really know until the final results shows. From Xray to cleaning to teeth extraction to fillings of atleast 10 teeth to crown prep to last appointment which is the permanent crown. I have no issues with anyone there at all they are all kind from the receptionist to Dentist assistants and Dentist.
Shoutout to Doc Phoebe for being kind and understanding also to Ms. Crystal behind the desk. More power Aspen Lexington. I'm gonna miss you all, I started October 15 2025 ?
We have been here a few times before, but today we had to come back with one of our goats. Tristen was absolutely amazing through the entire process, and so compassionate and gentle with all of us. We knew mom wasn’t going to make it, but Tristen saved her two beautiful, healthy baby girls! I could not recommend her enough as a vet if you have livestock in the Lexington, NC area. She’s young a young vet, but she is truly wonderful and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars for sure.

There is not a better vet around than Dr. Schmunk and Dr. Downs. There isn't a more caring tech and assistant staff tha the ones here. I've been going here for almost 20 years. The pricing is beyond fair and the care is premium. You won't find a more competent staff or higher quality care anywhere. Vets offices like this one are extremely hard to find. I can trust my animals will get the best care here and no stone will be left unturned for diagnosis and treatment. Every surgery has been flawless. Every hospitalization has come with above and beyond care and consideration. There's something to be said for the peace of mind you have when you have doctors and care teams ready to help your furry family like the ones found here.
Excellent Veterinarian! He has great wisdom science and natural God given wisdom! Great patience and spends time with you. A diligent veterinarian. He is also training his staff I’m sure to take over or be in the office as Dr. Maybe one day. I left with wisdom and I now can help others if they have questions with their pets in the same area as I had with mine. Very Thankful! We need more people in our world like this! The staff was very kind ! A+ even when they were super, super busy. They were exceptional also!
