I just moved out of a horrendous rental. The corporate management company has been awful. Jan and her crew gave me so much reassurance and confidence that was priceless. I booked them a month ahead of time so I didn't have to think about it. The communication was excellent, the did an amazing job and I'm just so grateful for them right now. I had them do the carpets too which were awful. I just can't say enought about the excellent work that they do and about their professionalism and commitment to customer service. I used Jan's cleaning service to prepare my house for viewings after I listed it to sell and I am beyond impressed with their attention to detail. Every nook, every cranny, crevasse and ceiling fan blade was paid attention to without compromise.
