I am the general manager of a hotel here in Lexington and I have had to call Craig and his team out of a few occasions to help with some water damage. I can only tell you that they are the best at what they do. I have known Betty for several years now and anytime I need something I can always call her. Craig even gave me his personal cell number and anytime I have had to call Craig himself ALWAYS comes out and accesses the situation and talks with me about the process. The last time I had to have them here, Craig stayed the whole time the work was being done. Now being in management I can tell you that's a huge plus for me. All of their employees are phenomenal and are very thorough in their work. If you need any water restoration work done I highly recommend Craig and his team. You will not be sorry.

I would like to thank Betty and all the crew from Servpro Of North Davidson County for the excellent work they did at Affordable Suites here in Lexington. We had two water pipes that busted in one of the rooms, and they were quick to respond and took care of everything. Your hard work is appreciated.
