From start to finish, the communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and most importantly, they were able to identify the root cause of the problem and explain everything thoroughly.

3 toilet rebuilds presented challenging issues but Adrian's persistence and patience resolved the issues. In addition PRV and Thermal Overflow Tank were replaced . Everyone at Kingdom including office staff was very prompt, courteous, friendly and was careful to clean up and follow-up after their work. Eric and Ronaldo and their team did an amazing job on our house in the last month. They refinished our hardwood floors, did hardwood floor installation, new carpet on 2nd floor, a total renovation in the primary bathroom and renovations in our other two bathrooms.. the list really goes on because we had a huge house project. They even put fresh grout around our pool tiles and it looks beautiful!! We just bought this house and had a vision for how it wanted to come out and Eric and Ronaldo took care of it all and made that dream a reality! Me and my husband couldn’t be more happy with the house we now have because of their help and hard work. Since the time that they showed up to give us a quote on the work that needed to get done, they have been professional and friendly and that same positive, friendly attitude lasted to the day the job was done. Laura did PHENOMENAL work on my hair! I have bleached my hair a lot over these past few years and caused a lot of damage. After consulting with Laura, she made me feel more than comfortable and I knew I made the right decision on who to trust with my fragile hair. She truly cares about my hair health and instructed me to wait and let my hair heal before we try to do anything to it. I listened and I am so glad I did. Laura handled my hair with such profession and care. I walked out today with just what I wanted. She didn’t try to rush results or pressure me to cut inches off. She treated my hair in steps to ensure no added damage. I’ve never left a salon happier than I did today!

So. Since living in this area from 1997, I started originally going to a veteran barbershop in Concord until he passed away in 2001. Then I went to SportCuts until 2019 and GreatClips Cloverleaf until last month. My last haircut there was a horrible experience. Never again. Came to Hanson's today. Right off the bat took me back to my barber in Fayetteville as a youth, Brookwood Barbershop. Hanson's is now home. Not anywhere else will I go. You know the spot when it just feels right as soon as you walk in. A gem in Kannapolis.

There were 2 of us getting pedicures. There was no wait time. I had Sam and the other person had Lisa. We both had a great pedicure. Sam was so nice and careful and took time to get any ingrowns out and also a good foot massage. They speak English which is important to me so they understand exactly what I’m expecting out of the service. Prices are comparable to other places. Location has enough parking spaces.

I have utilized the services of Gentry on several occasions. Most recently on a Friday evening my plumbing clogged and I exhausted all means to clear without success. The owner, Nick Gentry, answered the call and indicated that all his technicians had left for the night. My 94 year old dad is in my care but I would understand the need to wait till morning. I was upset but would have understood. Nick Gentry did not take that justifiable route. Instead he himself offered to help - he readied himself and travelled 30-40 mins to help me. He not only put himself forward but also worked for 4 hours - sweating in the extreme heat to clear the blockage which revealed to be a 4 feet of pipe clogged solid with what appeared to be wipes and paper towels (my dad has dementia). He was apologetic that he would not be able to clear it as hard as I saw he tried. He returned early next day, Saturday, to work hours again to clear via multiple approaches and expertise. Alas he formulated a new innovated approach and a resolution that would make future problem more readily serviceable. I feel blessed to have had such a righteous, hard working, plumbing specialist with morals and scruples that drive him to come to our aid. As an owner he could readily have stated that he didn’t have the resources but instead dove in and literally got down to business to assist in the difficult and dirty job. Not only was Nick a blessing by way of service, expertise and integrity but also provided the work at an unquestionable price. His business is beyond reproach and I wouldn’t use anyone else for my plumbing needs. I have gotten services and encountered his staff and they were not only plumbing experts but also professions and a pleasure to work with. I will forever be grateful for the services of Nick Gentry and his team. I cannot recommend this business enough! Thank you, Nick, and bless you and your team for the rescue you provided!

Called Sunday morning for a broken water heater and Wayne was at my house within 2 hours to replace it. Outstanding service and excellent price. Way better and cheaper than the national company’s. I definitely recommend these guys!

Called Max Remodeling for a quote for an extensive bathroom remodel. The goal was to close off a Jack and Jill bathroom, open up a new door from an outside wall, move some plumbing, add a window, etc. It was a total gut of the bathroom. I had heard about Leo from a neighbor and they raved about the quality of his work. He came by to measure and quote. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. His quote was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I accepted the quote and he ended up bringing in a team shortly after. The man knows what the heck he is doing.We have a Mill House and some of the character comes from the older styling throughout the house. Leo was able to match that character outside of the bathroom to the point where it looks natural. The bathroom itself looks fantastic! I am thrilled with the quality of work and the experience with Leo. Highly recommend.

The exam rooms are not like your traditional rooms that look cold and scary. each room has a theme. Each room looks like a very beautiful serene living room to me. They played my favorite music artist and also played the Music videos on a television that was hanging on the ceiling. It was a very nice experience. They also offered blankets and other cool things to keep you comfortable. I really like that. I highly recommend seamless dentistry. Their prices are affordable. Love this place! They listen and take care of problems. I’ve been going here for a few years to keep my body in alignment but also for help healing some lower back pain. Throughout my time there they have helped with other minor issues with shoulders, neck and jaws that had gone out of alignment. A very caring place that gets results!
I've been seeing Dr. Jeff Cook for 30 years. He's been there for our family from 2 pregnancies, identified a spinal leak( 5 days after delivery that was missed by the Drs) that required 2 blood patches. A child with seizures another with chronic ear infections. Myself with migraines, a brown recluse bite, pinched nerve. He's always been there and ready to help us heal in a natural way where other medical providers failed. We are blessed to have him in our lives.
we had to bring our bearded dragon Sunni to Griffin to have him euthanized last Friday. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and so nice and caring. They never rushed us and allowed us to spend as much time with our boy as we wanted. They did everything with a heart of gold and such compassion.
