I have utilized the services of Gentry on several occasions. Most recently on a Friday evening my plumbing clogged and I exhausted all means to clear without success. The owner, Nick Gentry, answered the call and indicated that all his technicians had left for the night. My 94 year old dad is in my care but I would understand the need to wait till morning. I was upset but would have understood. Nick Gentry did not take that justifiable route. Instead he himself offered to help - he readied himself and travelled 30-40 mins to help me. Fast arrival for our kitchen sink leak that turned out to be more than a simple fix. We were very happy with the repair service and and the reasonable pricing. The next day --Nick the owner who did the work--called me and asked if everything was good with the work! Who does that these days?
