When he first came out to diagnose our leak and determined we would need a replacement, he explained what we needed to look for in the faucet, as our pipes are not standard width apart. He installed the new kitchen faucet and explained any issues he was having along the way. It looks great!“

“Coincidental with having the well pump replaced, and odor developed in our water.
Called the water specialist, they came and tested the water using inside and outside samples. Order was inside the house but not detected from the outside sample.
They recommended replacing the anode in the hot water heater. That action resolve the odor issue.“

Within about 30 minutes he knew what was wrong and where it was. Alex was so nice, friendly and very knowledgeable explaining along with showing me what the issue was.
