When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
