Customers report an easy and great experience with Thor’s Plumbing Solutions. One customer needed a leaky toilet and outside faucets repaired and was impressed from the moment of the call; the office staff was polite and scheduled them quickly. Another customer needed a faucet removal and new faucet install, and the plumber arrived and handled the service call with professionalism but was also very personable. The plumber explained additional water line repairs in detail, was patient with questions, and gave excellent recommendations. Pricing is provided up front and reasonable. The plumber was quick and thorough in determining solutions, and even when an issue was puzzling, he followed up and resolved the problem. The office staff were great with notifications and answering questions. The plumber explained everything so customers could replace filters themselves, discussing how often and the micron level. Another customer had a hot water heater leak, and the plumber helped quickly and efficiently, explaining the new functions fully. He also helped a customer’s son with a new dishwasher install and was easy to work with regarding scheduling. Even neighbors discovered a leak, and the plumber helped get them situated and scheduled for full repair. Customers will definitely choose Thor’s Plumbing Solutions again and highly recommend this company.
Friday 8/21, I woke up to my home office flooded by my hot water heater. A friend recommended Thor’s Plumbing Solutions. They were able to come out same day and replace my gas hot water heater and did a great job. I appreciate them answering all my questions and the quality of the installation is second to none. Very clean and a big improvement over what was removed. Spent time with me to ensure I knew how to operate the gas part correctly.
Thank you very much,
DB
Theron's team worked an almost 12-hour day to get a total replumbing of the crawl space and first floor done in a single day. Throughout the process Theron and his team kept me updated on the status. Theron was on site or available by phone and personally finished up the job to ensure all work was done right.
Thor provided superior service in helping us finish our bathroom renovation, as well as completing other essential projects to modernize our historic home and make it more efficient. We very much appreciate Thor’s help - he's the best!
