We had issues with hard water and had never had a whole house water softener so we called The Water Specialist, Inc. Not only were they super nice to deal with over the phone, they made it a point to come out the next day to check things out. Turns out when the softener and filter system was installed, it was done incorrectly. Adrien and the young man working with him were very nice and professional and got to work quickly to fix everything. The following business day, I received a follow up call from Damien to make sure everything was still working properly. I highly recommend The Water Specialist, Inc!

Very impressed with the Water Specialist. They were recommended from a neighbor and definitely met expectations. Chris came out to diagnose things and made recommendations. Explained what I needed (and also what I didn't need). Randy and Dakota were the technicians to come out and do all the installation and did a great job. Communicated all throughout the process and explained things well when they were complete.

Great Service support! The Water Specialists are professional every sense of the word. Arrived as scheduled, provided step by step details of what was to be accomplished and answered all questions. Our service Tech was polite and ensured all responses to my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We'll certainly call for service support in future needs.
