I had a drain that was clogged up in my basement and needed a plumber to get it unclogged and I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other plumbers in this area and decided to call Smokey Mountain Plumbing Services and was so glad that I did because Mike the owner showed up on time and fixed the drain without draining my wallet as these other plumbers in town do. Thank you Mike for for everything and I will definitely keep your business card in my wallet for anybody that is looking for a great and honest plumber that knows his trade like you do.

Needed a new black dishwasher after ours finally gave out. I was off today so wanted to get it replaced while i was free to work on it. Went to Lowes in Sylva and then Lowes in Waynesville and they both had nothing black in stock and both said they could try to have one next week. I found Haywood Appliances in Clyde on Google and thought I'd give it a try since I was just down the road. I spoke to salesman Dan Cossart and explained to him what I needed and he said he could help me out. He showed me the dishwashers he had in stock that came in black, and said he could get me one from the warehouse today or I could buy the display to save more time. I bought the display and they wrapped and loaded it up in minutes. The price was the same as the others I had looked at from Lowes. I installed it myself and it works great. I will definitely be back and I recommend you go see them for personal service.

Dr. Cogburn has the most honesty, the most compassion, & the most concern for his patients than ANY medical professional who I have ever known. For example, his staff discovered a spot inside my mouth, which needed a filling. Dr. Cogburn knew that I had an upcoming heart procedure. Instead of insisting that I get the tooth filled, he suggested that I wait, get through the heart problems, & come back later to get that tooth filled. This type of outstanding Customer Service is rare in my opinion, but you'll realize quickly, that this is how Dr. Cogburn is to ALL his patients.

Love this place! My hair stylist is the best, high lights with 2 different colors for dimension. The massage therapist is one of the best I've ever tried and I've been to very high end, expensive therapist, including Grove Park, Old Edward's Inn and numerous places around the world.
We had become dissatisfied with the vet clinic we had been using for over 20 years and I decided to make an appointment here. They are fantastic! My husband took our kitty for her first appointment and we were very pleased. I was pretty sure that he wouldn't ask all the right questions since I always keep up with everything. He loves our girl though lol. I called to ask a question about her medication and left a message with whomever answered the phone. Said it would probably be in the afternoon before I would get a reply. Y'all she called about 30 minutes later and we worked out a plan right then. If you're considering a new doc for your fur babies look no further. Love it!!

Stela is a true medicine woman and healer, it is in her blood and lineage. Her energy healing sessions are restorative and provide clarity and relief after one visit.
