It is rare that I would give 5 stars to anybody in construction services, but Darin and his crew are the exception. I have gotten estimates from several roofing contractors during and after hurricane Helene. Darin is trustworthy and fair contractor.
In the aftermath of hurricane Helene, we were fighting with our insurance company for a new roof. It was pretty difficult getting contractors to come out because they were so busy. And of course all the estimates were outrageous.
Darin happened to be in our neighborhood and we asked him if he could stop by. Darin took time out of his busy schedule and gave us an honest assessment and told us we were not in immediate need of a new roof and repairs were only necessary.
Fast forward a year and a half later, we decided it was time for a new roof. For our size roof, Darin gave us a great estimate. There was no upselling. Just a reasonable and honest estimate for a large and complicated roof.
The crew did a fantastic job on the roof. Just to finish the roof in a timely manner they worked until 9pm to finish the roof. Because it was getting dark, they didn't get a chance to fully clean up. Where most roofers would just take the money and run, Darin's crew came back the next day to clean up. Nobody does that!
We will absolutely recommend Consolidated Roofing to anyone who needs a roof.
As a former real estate agent and home remodeler, I have seen many inspections and reports and Daniel was one of the most detailed and knowledgeable inspectors I have come across. His report was very thorough and comprehensive, a must have before buying a property. I recommend performing a complete set of insprction services, i.e. thermal scan, pest, radon and inspection before buying a home. Best money you'll spend and more likely than not it will pay for itself in concessions. Great company.. Thanks Daniel!

Bill installed a transfer switch and wired a 50 amp cable so we could power our house from a generator. Have used it and it performed exactly as we wanted. Definitely recommend

We came to him for a second opinion after working with a huge corporate HVAC company (who originally installed the 5 year old unit), which was a disaster. George diagnosed our problem right away. He is thorough, performed/troubleshooted all of the things that he could possibly do to remedy it before realizing that we had to have several parts replaced due to the damage that was caused by other HVAC company. He assisted w/ talking to our dealer regional manager & together got the parts and replaced them. I highly recommend!
We used Autry services several times. The first to repair a water heater problem. Albert was quick to see the problem was with the pressure tank. He got the part needed and fixed the problem.
The second, Connor replaced two bathroom faucets in a cabinet without much space. He told us the cost before proceeding and install the faucets. We recommend their services and will use them again.
Albert has made repairs in a rental property. Haven’t had any further issues on these repairs. He always tells is the cost before he starts. Very pleased.
I have always trimmed my very long hair myself because every where I went, noone could ever get my hair the way I wanted or I felt like I needed to take a second mortgage out to afford a good cut!! Very happy that I called Jerry when our water quit. Had a friend replace the switch hoping that was the problem but still no water. Jerry and crew came when they said they would and were very friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem as the well pump after checking the switch first. I was impressed by how quickly and expertly they had the pump pulled out and replaced. I recommend them highly.
Great service, got a full front end rebuild on my car for a good price and got good name brand parts without breaking the bank. Also, very quick turnaround. My car is almost silent now, no more bearing or bushing noise. They did a great job!
