I received an incredible 60 minute Abhyanga treatment from Mitzi at Sundarah's creekside location that was deeply relaxing and left me feeling hydrated, grounded and invigorated for 7 days after. It was my first time receiving this Ayurvedic treatment and I may never go back to regular massage. My skin, hair and digestion loved and appreciated the copious amounts of warm oil and the bodywork protocol. I wasn't overly oily leaving my appointment because my skin happily soaked it all up. As someone who struggles with staying balanced in the cold and dry winter elements, this treatment will definitely be a staple in my self-care routine moving forward. Sundarah's ayurvedic menu is amazing and I can't wait to try other treatments throughout the seasons!
The food on the buffet did not stay warm. It was ok but nothing over the top. We love the Pin High Grill for the atmosphere and we love Angie, Shannon and Jennifer as servers and bartender.
