He communicated eagerly and effectively during design, revisions, and kept us informed on how changes impacted budget. Mark understood what we wanted and offered valuable suggestions to make our kitchen more efficient and user friendly. He was able to take our ideas and make them a reality. His crew is top notch and did a fantastic job. Install was fabulous and the crew is a great team. Do not hesitate to call them. We would recommend again and again. We could not have been more pleased with the master craftsmanship of Mark and his team at Across the Creek. Since we do not live in NC yet, we designed our kitchen renovation at a distance, which gave us some hesitation about the outcome. Mark communicated effectively via phone and email and we were able to design, select styles and colors will full confidence. We visited his workshop upon one of our visits to see our cabinets in process...what a treat! The final reveal was most wonderful and we would highly recommend Across the Creek for any cabinet needs.
