Love Stephensons for our pest control. They’re always so polite and do a great job. They have helped us get rid of mice, spiders, hornets, millipedes, etc. Tim recently even removed a live bat that had been roosting in our window screen for months!
I chose this company for a wood-destroying insect (WDI) report for a property that I am under contract to purchase. I chose them based on their stellar reviews. My intake process was really great and the technician showed up right on time. Great. I paid the technician with a check on the spot and received a paid invoice by email. He said “the office would follow up with the report as soon as payment posted.” But then I never received the report. 2 weeks later, after 3 phone calls, 2 emails, and a visit to their office, still no report.
