Blue Mountain Urology provides expert urological care. Staff is always courteous and great to work with. A wonderful NP, Jade, showed professionalism, intelligence, and a calm demeanor that put patients at ease, while support staff were also excellent. The Doctor was kind and took time to explain things in plain English. The staff was super helpful and kind, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Dr. McAlvany has been a godsend, an amazing doctor, and the best urologist in 80 years. She is caring, informative, supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. Patients would recommend her to anyone.
Both physicians are highly skilled, attentive, and professional. They accommodate urgent appointments without rushing you or making you feel like an inconvenience. I am deeply grateful for their care.
