“I had two different folks out to my place today from here. Christian Meads did an initial consultation and then Charlie Smith came out to do a camera inspection of the pipes.

First, same day service, including getting the second guy out. Great. Second, they were both professional and friendly.

I spent more time with Charlie, and he did a good job explaining things so I could understand it, giving me options, etc.

Btw, y'all might find it interesting, they came out because my septic line was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. They also helped clearly document stuff so that the insurance claim will be straightforward.”
