I recently had two appointments with Sparrow and Sons inside of one week at two different locations. They got us on the schedule within 24-48 hours, were excellent communicators, showed up exactly in the time frame they said they would, and did excellent work quickly and efficiently. They are highly skilled and competent, and they don’t dawdle. They get in and they get out. 10/11 would recommend.Service: Drain cleaning

I called Sparrow and Sons to repair my water heater. Another plumbing company had been to my house two times and it still was not working properly. Sparrow arrived on schedule and fixed it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.Service: Water heater repair

We were having a problem with our hot water heater that ultimately turned out to be caused by an old pressure reducing valve on the water intake from the main. Sparrow was prompt and when we had an issue shortly after they left, they diverted the plumber back to our home and dealt with it without charging overtime. It was easy to schedule them to come back to replace the failing valve and add a new expansion tank to the hot water heater. Would recommend.
