The staff was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for their intervention and expertise. The heat treatments killed all of the adult bugs but did not kill all of the eggs on my children and we continued to find new babies born for a week or two after the heat. We did 6 follow up treatments at home every 3-4 days with the solution (2 more treatments than was recommended, just to be sure) and finally got them all clear after several weeks. The follow ups at home are essential, so don’t overlook that step. The heat is a great nuclear option but in our case I think we would have had the same outcome with just the repeated home solutions....read full review
